I managed to find Rin and Obito after some time lol, also thanks for Yondaime's. I was also wondering with Kakashi.. the link you gave me is when he is jounin. Is there one for when hes young Kakashi?

Shiki Fujin translation is over here. The page for it was actually scanlated, but it looks like the uploaded picture is gone.

As for One Piece databooks, we'll need translators who want to work on it on a regular basis plus the RAWs before we decide to make a sub-forum dedicated to it.

I love One Piece, but I don't really read the manga. And I haven't watched the anime in a while either. Scanlating an entire databook is hard work, so I'm not sure if I'd be up to doing the whole Yellow thing. But if some people translate some stuff you want to read, I'd be happy to scanlate a few pages for you.

And as far as the Naruto and Bleach databooks are concerned, the first 150 pages or some where scanlated for the Naruto Databook II (and a quite a few other miscellaneous pages, too). However, all their links where removed by a moderator of this Databook section (sorry). I still have all the pages, though, but they are a bit messy.

I then started a HQ Naruto Databook II Project, but there were only like 2 active people. I was really overworked and eventually lost interest. I did like the first 40 pages or so, though. You can download them here:

I should really credit which translators translated what, and who did the pages. You can look around this forum to see who translated what. I did all the pages with the great help of ttx's template, and ttxdragon himself did the Temari's page.

And for the Bleach Databook, www.ju-ni.net started to scanlate the whole thing, but I don't know what the progress is on it. You can ask around over there.

I can't seem to find any translations of this on the internet, but I was wondering if anyone could translate the bio explanation page from the very first databook; What I'd like most is a word-for-word description of the explanations of Total Ability, Luck, and Potential.

I'll answer your request here, so everyone can benefit from it. First, thanks for the raws.
Now, a little problem: the text was so blurry and barely legible (on both of'em ) I was unable to read some of the kanji, so it won't be a word for word translation. I've understood enough of it to make an accurate explanation, though.

Total Ability: An average notation. Take all 8 of the parameter scores (Nin; Tai; Gen...), make a total and divide to obtain a notation out of 5.

Potential: An estimation of the character's likely progression. If they have a Kekkei Genkai or some other skill (like Sakura's chakra control) that is yet to be awakened, exploited or perfected, they potential will be higher.

Luck: Sometimes in a fight, circumstances and chance play a pivotal part. Luck is an estimation, based on observation, of how often a character can count on things going their way. Just replace "luck" with "Plot no jutsu".

The rest of,the page is dealing with fairly obvious stuff, like ranks (Genin, Chuunin...), village symbol, character stats and so on...
