Anyone play the new DLC for Battlefield 3?
My Jedi Knight is level 20 something guardian(tank/dps)...the main fun in the game, besides the main quest is how I keep discovering new things about the game...like how I discovered Reverse Engineering a few days ago
The director of the Resident Evil movies said that they're developing a Monster Hunter movie.

The Wii U games will cost $60.
The President of Nintendo (USA) also stated that you can attach a 3 TB hard drive to the console. He said that since the cost of hard drive is dropping, the consumers can decide what kind of hard drive they want to spend and whatnot.

Oh, the European and Australian release date is Nov. 30th.
I was looking over the Wii U. I don't think I'm likely to get one, at least not at launch. The line up of games isn't "bad" but none of them are must haves for me and I'm not really sure about that controller. So I don't think I'll be laying down $300 just yet.
I think I'm probably more likely to get a Vita actually, if any decent games come out for it.
I agree, it does not seem like there are any imminent exceptional games for the wii u upon release. The batman one has been out for a whole for other consoles, no imminent release of nintendo character games (the current mario one does not count) and nothing awesome yet from third party developers. The lineup is not bad, it is simply not awesome.
What's the difference between the Wii and the new one they're launching?
The Wii U has a tablet controller and better graphics.

Man I really want to get Borderlands 2 when it releases, but I have to prioritize my money hopefully I'll get it!

Well, people have complaining for ages that the Wii needed better graphics and more games, so I'm not surprised by this revelation......paying 60$ dollars for games though is a pain in the ass
The success of the first wii, I get it. It was a clever way to attract curious people. But I don't see the point of this new one
- outdated graphics (http://www.forbes.com/sites/erikkain...ii-u-than-ps3/).
- the tablet pad: I just don't see how it can be a good idea in gaming.
- No real "new way of playing" that can put Sony or Microsoft on guard.
Is it really going to work ?
Who is thinking that the tablet pad is a good idea ?
If given the choice, I will still buy a ps3/xbox360 today instead of the wii U

In those shots the joker looked the same to me to be honest. As for the batsuit, it seems to be an actually different batsuit as a whole. It has armor pieces and whatnot. Its not that graphics look worst, they made a different batsuit for that game.
As for the tablet, I have no idea. The concept itself seems awkward however it is all a matter of how it is implemented. I do believe nintendo has the people to actually do a good job with that however how they would surprise us is a mystery to me. I myself can't particularly figure something out other than pretty standard stuff (I could enjoy playing zelda without having to pause to get items). There is the consideration that the console will have 3 different kinds of controllers though, even if the tablet does not work they have 2 things which do work to fall back on. As usual these days, a lot will depend on just what sort of environment the console has for games and gamers.
Dragon Age 3: Inquisition has been announced.
