    Chakra effects in PhotoShop

    Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew how to do chakra effects in PhotoShop just like how it looks in the anime. I tried and this was what I came up with (it's an oldie):

    im not sure what you mean ... but try the Linear Dodge or the Brightness

    I think you can also use the dodge tool to brighten the blue color. Try that.

    Try using a chalk brush type with the dodge tool/burn.
