Probably he wants to be a Jinchuuriki himself. I think he wants to seal all Bijuu in one off his clones/ other bodys to make them and himself invincible.
And then they can use a jutsu by fusing all the power of the Bijuu, that is able to destroy the world.

Yep, it's going to being called "Summoning: Manhatten Project".
Or it could go more "Watchmen" like, and summon up all the chakra in the biju and not destroy the landscape but kill everyone psychically (which isn't exactly what happened in the Watchmen, but I doubt anyone would want to summon up extra-dimensional creatures. The smell alone...)

erm....can anyone explain to me what "Amaterasu" is??? i'm hella confused >____>
According to Itachi, the three revealed Mangekyou techniques are the Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and an unnamed technique. Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are named after mythological deities; they have a sibling named Susanoo. This unnamed third technique may be named after this one.
The Amaterasu or Goddess of the Sun technique is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form to create a powerful black fire which can burn through most anything. As it has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. The fire is also regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks.
Amaterasu, named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a mysterious black fire. This powerful fire can then be used to cut through a strong barrier and is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Also because it requires Mangekyou to use, not many individuals know of or can wield the technique.
Amaterasu is an MS-exclusive technique that only Itachi has evidently been able to cast. But, in lieu of the requisite for just having MS (to seemingly then say, one can cast the jutsu)... being able to possess MS then actually developing/supporting Itachi's specific eye (through genetic augmentation/transplantation) would appear to provide the best chance of exercising the skill.
Perhaps, though, Madara can use the technique, but that notion is unfounded out of any ounce of evidence. Besides that, we know as much as Madara, his brother, and Itachi having various looking Mangekyou Sharingans. Does MS always vary, and does this speciality find a commonality among various forms of MS? Can each of those MS use the same techniques?
Well, Kakashi's MS variant is had out of the lineage Itachi, Sasuke, and Madara shoulder. Therefore, his case of MS-usage is not likely credible as a relevant example of MS-usage affecting the conditions of the Uchiha MS exercised by Uchiha blood. However, there is the plausibility that MS always varies between different relatives within the Uchiha lineage as per Madara's introduced variant, as well as per his brother's. What did this intend to show except that differences do occur and one aside another. It would then seem many variances must not be hard to come by... at least, more than one at a given time. Even so, we don't know the specifics about all these different types of the same eye, we especially know not if they are all able to express one certain attack (e.g. Amaterasu).
At any rate, Sasuke fails to meet the requisite, has no MS, definitely not Itachi's; ergo, Sasuke can't, but, furthermore, doesn't cast the jutsu; in fact, he's surprised by it and understandably so for perhaps never seeing it before, especially not in action (perhaps he could have reviewed the tech in some book on MS; and, howsoever likely that is, it's possible; but he never saw it in action before now); and, thus, just now witnessing the quick pace of its incredible flagrance, Sasuke has to be quick-witted...
or should I say, lucky? We hopefully will see the evidence of Sasuke's competency without great favors bestowed upon him, maybe even the slacking of his capability, for no matter the blindness of his opponent, the effectiveness of Amaterasu is known in it being the only tech that has ever reduced Jiraiya's Toad Mouth Bind to an effort of futility (not complete futility... because Jiraiya got to seal up some of the flame for his interests... okay, in regards to stopping all modes of escape, yeah... complete futility).
Anyhow, with the tech observed for it's challenge, Sasuke faces a moment to credibly show his worth versus an object of it's own threat regardless of it's user... if he wants to go that route. Amaterasu burns of it's own accord, sparing the user, maybe even where the user stands... could Sasuke be witless to shift back through the hole he exits in 389? If he's pushed to retreat, what will this make him feel, inferior? Will it then drive him to challenge Itachi from the aft? If such occurs, I hope that's intended in Itachi's playbook ^^ Then, Itachi being blind would happen only through his physical eyes, not his stratagem. Still, history suggests that Itachi's supposed to be accompanying Deidara and some sort of Oro soon. Why not bump history, Kishi... and the repetitive aid of situational leverage so many times over! Just to change some perceptions....
