Sasuke is not the romantic type. I don't believe that behind close doors he becomes some softie that fangirls imagine. He is not a male tsundere who is harsh to the person he likes and is gentle with that person alone. Psychology tells us after a certain age, that personality, no matter fake it was will become the more dominant face of the individual. I do not expect some major turnaround.
