I personally like the kind of smile by deidara and Kabuto.

The smiles that hides thousand misteries, and no one can guess what actually they thinking... The only thing you know is when you see that smile, you are in trouble... or you facing an evil....

Seeing that smile, make me want to read the next page as soon as possible...

Actually all the people in the poll option has nice "evil smiles" <3 I actually find difficult to decide which one I like better, because it would be like deciding which character I like better = I like that evil smile, so.. so it's fun, so what xd after thinking I would defiently like to point out:
- Oro - the best evil smile in the series; not just that - he smiles in such a distinguish way, I would even say in such charismatic way <xd>, always full of himself in that smile, yeah, truly "evil smile" xD
- Hidan - because his Psycho smile/laugh is just sth you will never forget.
- Kabuto - it's not really sth impressive, but his the kind of character, that whether he smiles or not you don't know what his up to, and that's why probably his "evil smile" is so unique <3
Of course the rest is also cool, including DeiDei-chan <yes, his smile is f*king awesome, indeed xp>, Suigetsu, Kisame, but I would also like to point some "evil smiles":
- Psycho Gaara - say what: when Hidan actually appeared with his attitude, I thought: his just another version of Psycho Gaara with those maniacal smiles
- Psycho Juugo - I mean that other one xd when his psycho; just remember his "introduction" to the story with this <maybe not smile xd> but maniac-psycho laugh "Jackpot" - one of the best XD

So after coming with all of this, I must vote to give +1 to poll <xd> so my vote goes to .. tadadam.. Orochimaru - that man's "evil smile" always <and I mean ALWAYS> was a prediction to some more evil actions! <not including the part 2 Oro after Sasuke "killed him">
