hell man, this theory is quite fun to read. This really made me dink deeply about the uchiha clan =P
As I said before I love this theory.
Even if there might be a few holes in it....but overall like you are saying it makes you stop and think and gets the ol imagination going. I think that I am going to be looking for signs that it could even be the slightest bit correct now thru the whole manga.
Thanks for posting this theory on mangahelpers, dharshana (I would never have bothered to have read it anywhere else). Like Ueki's Saiga pointed out this theory came from Grave from NarutoFan forums, so all credit goes to him. DAMN that guy made one hell of a theory!!! This is by far the best theory I have ever read.Originally Posted by Ueki's Saiga
I don't think Uchiha Shisui (who had his own special title "Shisui of the Mirage") would become depressed because he saw his best friend less and less, and wanted to commit suicide because of that... And the Uchiha police member said that "He was someone who'd do any mission for the clan", which also goes against being "disgrace[d] at being part of this demonic clan" like the theory said. The other Uchiha police member said that "I thought that you... considered Shisui as a true brother...", so Shisui and Itachi had to be close enough friends for him to make this assumption, and I guess only a person with an intrusive, flamboyant and caring personality (like Naruto) would want be friends with an isolated, strong, lonesome person like Itachi (also like Sasuke). With the fact that Shisui would do any mission for the clan (like Naruto for the village) I don't think he would just want to commit suicide in the first place.

The REAL problem with this theory... is due to a fairly recent occurence...
I.E. Kakashi advancing his Sharingan to the Mangekyou level...
This theory places alot of weight on the actual lineage and blood of the Uchiha clan... and by it's admission, one without the "cursed-blood" of the Suzaku should never be able to advance the Sharingan... But there lies Kakashi, the exception, and maybe the unraveling of this magnificent theory.
This theory never really anwers a very critical question... HOW does Suzaku enter Sasuke. One would think that Sasuke's parents would've had to implant it within Sasuke somehow.... and then it becomes a question of WHY SASUKE. It seems pretty clear that Itachi was the most talented... and that only many years later did Itachi see Sasuke's true strength. It really doesn't make much sense if you think about it that way... The transfer of Suzaku into Sasuke would've had to been after Itachi was known, and after his family realized Sasuke's strength... In which case, Sasuke should have some knowlegde of what occured to him, or at least some seal... But none of that has ever surfaced....
My final point... is more of a gut feeling. I really don't feel that an acclaimed ninja such as Shisui would take such a dishonorable route... especially when it was HIS great idea to destroy the clan. He could've merely killed Itachi upon their meeting... obtained the Mange, and done it himself... But alas, Itachi has the Mangekyou and Shisui has drowned. His actions go against every point you made about how an Uchiha should/does act... including the legendary "First Mangekyou User". According to this... Shisui is neither yearning for power, or swayed by it in anyway... I would rather believe that he faked his death in order to carry out the plan himself, than believe the assissted suicide portion...
Anyways, this also sends up a flag to me...
If this theory is true, Itachi would've been preforming a SERVICE to Shisui by giving him such a non-violent death, such as drowning. It really is a complete turn around from the whole Sharingan development as it came before.... There just into any violence to it, no skill... There should be some merderous intent involved, don't ya think?
AND Itachi really should've been so defensive if he was just filling a request. He has the Mange, and thus the power to subdue any he comes across in his villiage... So why deny it?
Anyways, this theory just brings up some glitches for me... it takes a few jumps, and im just asking for some futher development on what is a great theory... :-)
I took a 5 minute break... and now i have one last question...lol
The Cursed Seal... this basically steals chakra away from Sasuke, and reserves it for amplified use once it's activated... I would've expected some kind of reaction if Sasuke was the container of Suzaku. Much as the Odd-Numbered Seal was placed over Naruto's seal... *shrugs*
Just another thought... lol
bwahahahaha! well, that's true. I suppose one could argue that obito's eye had uchiha blood, or that kakashi is somehow related to an Uchiha, but yeah, lol. Or maybe kakashi doesn't really have mangekyou, he just has his original technique that he created by watching how tsukiyomi works from itachi...or something like that...Originally Posted by DarkManSharingan32
Ha ha, i suppose...Originally Posted by Kusachu
But for Kakashi to take the MS futher than those with the blood of Suzaku...
It just seems to pull this theory back... and anyways...
Even if it's NOT actually the Mangekyou... that thing is CLOSE, and it's technique sure is powerful enough to classify...lol
[b][font=tahoma][color=green]Well, based on Inane's translation, didn't he mention "MANGEKYOU SHARINGAN", was it really part of the translation or did they just say that to mislead us? By the way DarkManSharingan32 you've pointed out the plot holes pretty well.Originally Posted by DarkManSharingan32
As for the eye, it no longer has Uchiha blood of ANY kind, even Obito's, just like Itachi said, "you need Uchiha blood to run the Sharingan properly", if it did have any Uchiha blood then Kakashi wouldn't be in such a bad position everytime he uses it, right? Probably the last strand of Uchiha blood that was pumped in was when Rin implanted it into the eye socket of Kakashi, and that WAS THAT! So the thing is, the MS is being run by a non-Uchiha blood, the design is changed since it probably doesn't recognize the "foreign blood" thus giving Kakashi a "special" pattern, a unique MS ability or even more.
Until I see any *hint* of Itachi's intentions of extracting the Suzaku out of Sasuke, then I won't say any more. Does this mean that the Akatsuki will extract demons even if it's not part of the "tailed group"?

I actually believe that Kakashi's Mangekyou is some kind of evolution due to his training, experience, and shringan abilities... and thus it passes as a true Mangekyou for me, reguardless of the blood he has.
But this whole Suzaku thing... Sasuke would have at his control:
Suzaku, Sharingan... and finally the Cursed Seal... I don't think that all of these can co-exist in a side-character... He just becomes far too strong doesn't he? One of them has to go...
but one question? if suzaku is a jinchuriiki (or was it bijou) how many tails does it have? nobody seems to be clear on that.
Suzaku is not a tailed beast, people are getting things confused here, try not to compare everything about the theory to concepts that has been talked about in Naruto so far. Suzaku is the Japanese name for one of the four guardian beasts from Chinese mythology. Its also called the guardian of the South.Originally Posted by hyunckel
The theory only states how Suzaku was instrumental in giving Uchihas their bloodline abilities (ie the Sharingan). Kakashi got the eye with its abilities from an Uchiha (minus MS, and anything he developed him self). FULL STOP. What Kakashi did to get his MS doesnt come into play here (I personally dont believe that he has MS but a different sharingan).Originally Posted by DarkManSharingan32
True, but dont assume that Suzaku has been sealed inside Sasuke the same way Kyuubi was sealed inside Naruto. According to the theory, Suzaku managed to get inside the person who has most of the Suzaku influenced Uchiha blood, maybe be the blood it self managed give birth to Sasuke inside his body, or perhaps Suzaki is still not inside him, but will be in the feature when he has enough hatred, like how Sasuke activated his Sharingan during battle.Originally Posted by DarkManSharingan32
Itachi is the strongest Uchiha portrayed in Naruto so far, do you think Shisui would have been able to kill Itachi??Originally Posted by DarkManSharingan32
What would he gain by not denying? According to the theory he was asked to kill the Uchiha clan, and a confession wouldnt help this at all.Originally Posted by DarkManSharingan32
Very true, after all its only a theory.Originally Posted by DarkManSharingan32
I can't find anything about suzaku being a fushicho (phoenix), but i found an interesting link for phoenixes and eyes XD and while i do agree with there being a phoenix connected with uchiha, i don't necessarily think it is inside Sasuke or that it is evil per se...I've been trying to dig around and gather some fun facts though. I will post about it when i have something coherrant. (damned stupid thing eating my previous post grumble grumble)
for now, a fun link on Phoenix myths and eyes
