I just read the first chapter, it was much better I was expecting and I laughed for the last half of it. It could be a really interesting series.
I read the first chapter as well and I really enjoyed it. ^_^ I think that it could be really good if done right. I look forward to reading more!
They probably started on friday too since they have their own scans.
Besides, since they're not cleaning manually (or so it seems), using only 1 font, barely cleaning the parts that needs a lot of redrawing (like the color pages...), I'll most likely never release before them. But the result is indeed looking nice for a fast work and the translation seems ok.
Well, we'll be 2 teams releasing it, it's not a big deal, there's like 10 on naruto and one piece...
so far it's pretty good, but not as catchy as ichigo was.... hoping for better developments
chapter 2 was great! as expected from kawashita-sensei..
yamamoto misaki reminds me of toujo aya and yet she a lot more beautiful
I personally think Misaki is a MUCH hotter aya =)
but it doesn't seem like theres a main story but alot of different short stories going around... I hope she will bring it all together tho =)
The "lots of different short stories" approach is remeniscent of Sket Dance, which can only be a good thing. And like Sket Dance, though it likes its little self-contained stories, it does keep building up a well-defined world encompassing them all, and a definite continuity "behind the scenes", as it were.
I'm very interested to see how both series work out - because they both seem to be kind of still in the "introductions" stage. At this point, Hatsukoi looks basically like it's going to build up its cast of characters, focusing each storyline on a different character who we've already met, until we have a cast of characters each with his/her own story going on (and his/her own pairing/s, to boot). The question is what direction it will head in once it's built up its cast of characters and runs out of new characters to base its mini-stories on.
I'm hoping that the next stage will be to go back to all the loose ends - since none of these story threads actually seem to tie themselves up - and start interlinking them to a greater extent to create a cohesive web of stories and relationships (probably whilst still focusing primarily on one character's issues per chapter).
i agree wth cnet..this manga will become to wide in characters n story if its continue with its pace right now..its going to get complicated to link all the mini story together.
The title itself means first love limited right??.im just hoping that the mini story will be much more details because as it is right now this manga only tells the crush of this char to that char,to me its not first love at all
but i love the art really much
oh my gosh,.. yamamoto is blushinggg.... how cute,...... damn that arihara !!!
I'm glad to see the introduction chapters are mostly finished with the most recent chapter. It looks like it's going to be interesting watching how all these stories tie together.
Heh. Awesome diagram. I think there should be a yellow arrow from Ayumi to Zaitsu the older, mind. Sounds like Zaitsu's going to be getting his own chapter this week, so maybe we'll get some more information on that particular side of things... or maybe he'll end up getting another love interest, who knows... Personally, I'd prefer it that way, since it makes AyumixMamoru more likely, and I'm a supporter of that one.
Any betting on who's going to be getting the focus next after Zaitsu, though? The Chikura siblings clearly need their turn in the spotlight... a Nao-focused chapter would probably be a good bet (whether from the perspective of Nao herself or a prospective Nao admirer). Which makes me wonder how she might connect into the existing web of relationships. And I totally want to see more of Kazuma... clearly the coolest character the series has right now, from the very little we've seen of him.
...Either way, all I really need is lots and lots of Koyoi and Yuu...
