I decided to read Tokiro and it's not horrible i guess, it's just not my type of manga i guess.
I do like the covers thou.
anyone check out the last couple of one-shots?
i just glided over the raws, but they didnt seem too interesting
I am so happy that the author of P2 is coming back. I hope he can make it this time.
Wasn't p2 kindof a mild success? i mean by current jump terms? I mean it lasted over a year right? it did better then HAND'S which started around the same time.
HAND'S lasted about 9-10 chapters, so that's not saying much. but yes, P2 is the little engine that could, and stands next to the other 'successes by current jump terms' Yushagaku, Usagi, Sket.... um.... was that it, my brains frazzled from being ill and i can't think clearly.
Yeah, P2 made it enough time to get pins I believe.
The '09 Jump Festa page is currently up...but I can't really look at it until I get home. Essentially though the only thing confirmed will be a BIG Dragonball stage, most likely in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the series. (the usual series will probably get stages too...though I currently imagine that Naruto "may" get an anniversary stage too if DB does due to it's 10th)

Nothing about Changcha ending?Quote:
Dang it Psyren keep fighting!, glad Sket is out of the direct bottom.
Should have expected this early with the Saturday issue this week. My own comments:
-Amazing work for the current "Golden Trio" of Toriko, Mago & Bakuman.
-Neuro's doing rather well (well better than before) too.
-Personally even if it doesn't end this week, I sort of wish this was the week Chagecha ends so it won't suffer too long at the bottom. Either it doesn't end this week and this is right...or they just forgot that.
Inumaru Dashi is doing okay still, which is pleasant, and for Sket to be doing better than anticipated is good too, it'll keep going safely at this rate
main point to notice is that Eyeshield's presumed post anime drop is over, and it's recovered well.
not sure what else to observe.... Psyren isn't playing second fiddle to the bottom spot for a change, which will surely please people as it goes a whole spot up
Of course it's real... it's posted by Mei
Also, he/she stated in a later post about forgetting to label Toriko's CP.
Oh, and the next issue preview list that came with the original post didn't have Chagecha in there.
(Just quote the whole thing next time, you don't have to translate it, but saves others the time )

So when you say "It didn't have Chagecha there", do you mean that it wasn't in the issue 50 listings or just the whole fact that it may/not be ending in 49? It's obvious from it's position it bombed, I just want to know when Jump removes it. (maybe they give it a couple more chapters for a full volume, then end it and release it in one giant volume like they did with Junbor)
Finally mago stands where it should stand...
One of the new series that must succeed to get a long rung
