I made a short ranking from the data we've got. Of course, characters without data are missing.
Since the fifth stat is completely unrelated to battle, I ignored it. "Cool" counts as 6.

The problem with trying to count "Cool" as six, is that not all the cools are equal. For example, Yuka clearly has a slightly higher defense stat than Jura, but both are just listed as "Cool".

Jellal is easy to rate, he basically has at least 5 everywhere, except, maybe, for defense, one point below, and yet...

Given that he was likely above Jura seven years ago considering Jura's claim of being the weakest of the Wizard Saints, you might as well given Jellal a "cool" in everything with the possible exception of his joke stat depending on what it is.

But from their recent fight, they both seemed to be almost on par with each other. So, by the looks of it, Jura has also gotten much stronger from 7 years ago. The only thing is, we need to see what Star Destruction can do, since it seemed to be his trump card.

I do not disagree with you, that's why I said "at least" 5, it's a safe assumption. I have yet to see his trump card. But other than that, this guy is extremely versatile, he even masters complicated magic like seals.

I think this is like the 3-4 I've seen from them. It loses its value and exclusiveness if every other volume has a special edition cover, in my opinion.

Slightly more. One for each OVA, then this since volume 25 as compared to only one or two in the course of volumes 1-24. It makes sense from their standpoint as the special editions are more expensive than the regular editions, with an accompanying higher profit margin. Selling 60-100 thousand SE instead of normal copies is a nice boost in revenue.

To some extent, yes. Negima ha virtually every volume have an LE version, even when there was very little reason for it, and it kind of made them forgettable unless they were really good.
