Your favorite non-Deimon player???

I decided to make this thread to see the favorite characters of everyone besides Hiruma "the Great" Youichi.
If this was an all around competition Hiruma would crush everyone else(obviously).

So which non-Deimon player is your favorite???

Marco. I think he's a great character, he's the main reason I enjoyed the Hakushuu arc as much as I did. I'm kind of sad he's not getting more facetime in this recent arc.

Agon. Actually, my rankings go like this:

Agon, Hiruma, Akaba, Kid, Shin, Ikkyu, Marco. Then it doesn't matter anymore.

Monta still gets some pretty cool scenes though.

Maruko.......I really like a defensive player with an ability to change who's controlling the ball......would've hope he gets a lot more facetime than just being Gaou's commentator...

Agon without a doubt. Marco is also interesting. Habashira was my favourite in the early characters. Too bad we're not seing him anymore.

I'm not a huge fan of strict characters like yamato and shin.

sure he's all brawn, but he does have a sort of code of honor he follows and as a player he's had the strongest presence on the field, imo.

I'd say Shin, then kid, and then Sakuraba.

Kid then Agon then Marco would be my top three. I actually like Clifford a lot, even though the final arc's not shaping up to be as good as the other matches. And Mizumachi rounds out the five.

I'm surprised so many ppl like Agon. I like that character too, but I thought a lot of ppl hated him

I've always liked Agon. He just makes for a really good asshole. In Eyeshield the main characters all make friends and shit with opposing rivals. Agon pretty much breaks this golden rule and adds some color to the story.
