Anything for comic book fans XD

Have you guys seen Jim Lee's new artworks? Still brilliant as always, but great big difference if you haven't seen his recent works in a while. XD He still has that style of drawing hairs, which is my most favourite.

Yup. I'm waiting for his WildStorm Universe revamp and enjoying his work in All Star Batman and Robin the Wonder Boy. The story's not that awesome (though written by famous scribe Frank Miller) but the art still takes my breath away.

Heh. I'm starting to like Marc Silvestri's work alot, now that I'm reading a few of the older issues from a couple years back. Quite brilliant. ^_^

    So many....

    Mark Bagley
    John Romita Jr.
    Jim Lee
    Marc Silvestri
    Tom Lyle (on Spidey anyway)
    Deadado (sp?)

I have a few more, but I can't remember their names...

You didn't remember how to spell Deodato, Jr's name, Venom?

Heh, he was one of the few artists that actually frequented our old forum at Hero Realm for cryin' out loud...

Yea, but I never visited his forum that much... it was a brain fart... EXCUSSSEEEEEEEEEEE ME!

If he had stayed on Amazing longer I'm sure it would have been easier for me to remember him. He does some great work though... except his Venom sucks. Yea I said it.

And a very smexy Storm too, it seems.

I'm the happiest idiot on Earth right now. XD Just randomly browsing through DA has led me to so many Marvel artists! I even found to filipinos who work for them as well!

    *dances*

And Venom, check out Pagulayan's Venom. XD Looks quite cool too. XD[br]Posted on: November 30, 2006, 02:05:06 AM_________________________________________________Although, he's latest sketch made Venom's haed look squished. XDDDDDDDD[br]Posted on: November 30, 2006, 02:05:29 AM_________________________________________________BUAHHAHA. And there you have it! A Santa Venom for ya. XD http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/20527211/

And. The colors by the first guy I linked you...was actually filipino as well. o.O

Now I'm quite interested as to how things work. I never knew you could be doing stuff for Marvel, while being in a totally different company. (My tiny little brain believes you have to be in the States for that).

    Well, that makes me even more happier. o.o;

That's a nice Storm, but I'll never understand these artists who draw Storm in a thong...

And yay for Santa Venom, maybe I should change my avatar to get in the holiday mood?

    Re: Favourite Comic Book Artist

^Almost everyone is drawn in a thong nowadays >_>; Well, not basically thong, but their uniforms mainly consists of underwear looking clothes. XD

Betsy's in a thong though. XD

And, yeah. Go ahead and change it!
