Can anime be reviewed here as well, or is this section strictly limited to manga?

It's limited to manga since we're not featuring anime in the first place.

You can, however, check out the Otaku Theater for the anime you would like to promote and if it doesn't have a thread you could start one with a informative first post. If it already has a thread but the first post isn't very motivating (especially older threads from before we got the anime section) to try the anime out, you can PM me a better introduction text/pics and I'll edit it into the first post

Though, the first posts in the Theater ain't reviews. If possible, they should contain basic information above personal opinions. I like to use a format like this for first posts:

im here to ask about the raw manga infor
i notice that some raw manga like skip beat have Hiragana beside the every Kanjn character while other manga dont
so i was wondering if anyone can explain to me why some manga has it while others dont?
And how do you tell the differences between them when you are buying it in the shop?

Im current trying to learn japanese so it would be easily if there is Hiragana beside the Kanjn character to help me read it

Those little kana besides the kanji are called furigana.

In terms of manga, you will find them usually in series for children and teenagers who can't read all the kanji yet. It's therefor also one way to differ between teenage (shoujo, shounen) and adult (seinen, josei) manga. But the exception proves the rule, e.g. Yotsubato! has furigana but is a seinen manga.

I don't know whether manga containing furigana have a note on them but in case of doubt, I would simply ask someone in the shop. You should be fine with shoujo or shounen series, though.

I've updated the genre on Change 123 so I was wondering if a mod could go and edit Change 123's prefix to Seinen instead of Shounen.

I need help finding a good manga to read. I don't have the time to read every review posted here so I figured I'd post it here and see what people have to say.

I read atm:
Naruto
Bleach
One Piece
Bakuman
Beezlebub
Psyren
FMA

Thoseare the ones I read everytime they come out with a new chapter. But I'm curious to see if theres any other manga out there thats similar to this one, it doesn't have to be an ongoing series, it can be 1 thats already finished (like Death Note for example)

What I'm looking for is manga similar to the ones above, but also maybe a new genre that might not be in Shonen, like stories that revolve around something similar to naruto and hinata in Naruto, or Saiko and Azuki in Bakuman in terms of romance. I noticed with battle manga, romance is rarely ever touched upon and reading all battle manga with out at least 1 romance type manga to offset it leaves me a dull taste. I'm still interested in new battlemanga but also in other genre's to help try out other manga's.

I just wanted to point out that there now exists a section that deals with users asking for recommended series (among other things): Otaku Finder. It may be in the interest of those seeking suggestions to go there, as you may find something someone else has said interesting or create your own thread requesting assistance.

I would like to do it myself but I'm pretty sure the quality would not be up to standard.

To be honest, I'm glad that this thread is revived. I believe that the reviewers need some spotlight
and I'm grateful for their efforts.

I think someone should do a Good Ending review. I'm not good at reviewing all this romance and OMG-TEH-DRAMA-thing, but I do think that GE is a manga that is worth reading. I mean it was mentioned soooooooo often in the MZ and FF that I couldn't help but check it out, and I read the whole thing in 2 days. And if someone does a review, then GE's popularity should only increase. So if anyone is ready to review GE, I'd really appreciate it.
