Third coloring.. I'm gonna stop counting them in the title from now on I think.

I started this as a little "side-project" and didn't really have an intent to finish it at all, but I enjoyed it so much, I just had to.

Great work!
Now for the tips:
There's still something with your black colorings. Luffy's shirt seems weird, but I can't exactly point it out. Maybe the lines are just too thin, maybe try to make more contract. I dunno. One thing that I did notice is that in front of Luffy's shirt, there's some blood flowing (from helmeppo), and if you notice, you'll see that there's a part above it that's blank, that's supposes to be part of the shirt. This thing, you should fill in yourself. Black it either on the picture's duplicate, or a layer above it. W/e you feel will do.
Other than that, great job, and I really like the thought of even highlighting helmeppo's fingernails.

Yeah, I missed that one somehow and it got all messed up when I tried to fix it afterwards (third time I use PS so I mess up alot). I think I did so on those other spots though.
