Another story on the speculation of Cristiano Ronaldo transfer to spain (it is really getting out hand...)
Cristiano Ronaldo has told his Portugal teammates he wants to leave Manchester United according to Britain's Sun newspaper. Ronaldo had a chat with Hugo Viana the ex-Newcastle winger about his future. Apparently Ronaldo has told Viana he is eager to play in Spain.
It will be interesting to see what Fergie make of this story....
ferguson won't sell his player, if there isnt a high price for him.
Oh you remember during the 1996-1998 era? Where managers and players created rumors of this start is going there while another club here is interested in that star player?
Sometimes, I just view it as a strategy to up the transfer fee and salary. But in Ronaldo case, I don't know. He seems to be wanting out of MU while his performances doesn't say so. I guess, other clubs want him when he's still hot.
I don't know about sudden transfers though. Playing in another league may cause your performance to drop rapidly. Crespo is an excellent example.
true, it also happend to Beckhan,Edgar Davids(NL), Patrick Kluivert(NL)
Ferguson have a history of selling his top players (Van Nistelrooy and Beckham comes to mind) and if Ronaldo keeps saying he wants to go Spain, Ferguson might just sell him and I agree with you, he won't sell him cheap.
inter milan fan here ,forza nerrazzuri- and yeah the thing bout crespo is soo true some pples style just doesnt fit some leagues but ronaldo'll probably do well anywhere.
he's a legend any were he plays
Are we still talking about Cristiano? And if so.. legend? I wouldn't go that far.. he's not that good.
No, it's the Brazillian "Phenomenon" Ronaldo. He's good, and he got an eye for goal scoring. Too bad after leaving Barca to play at Inter, several major injuries happened and he sorta lost his goal scoring touch. But he's the current holder of most World Cup goal scorer.
and he will be for many years to come.
Ruud van Nistelrooy and Mark van Bommel has left the holland team because of Marco van Basten
Carling Cup 2006-07 Final
Chelsea v Arsenal - Sunday 25th February 2007
And of course, Arsenal's going to win with their youngsters.
Inter 1 - Cagliari 0
16th straight victory for Inter.
Real Madrid's and Bayern Munich's records are surpassed. My team is ranked #1 of the world.
Italy is also ranked as #1 now by FIFA. What more can I say?
Lucky you. But i am really happy they have taken complete control-- getting juventus and Milan punished was a huge blessing. To me their presence on the italian pedestal was getting too boring.Originally Posted by rykarreolacr
