Team Hebi - Why not join with Team Naruto?

I just watch the latest Anime and then it struck me.

If akatsuki was after of Naruto, Sasuke wont have the trouble of finding any of the Akatsuki or Itachi. Itachi was after naruto. Why wont he join Team Naruto?

I mean... Why not?
Team Hebi + Team Naruto = Army ... Right?

Does he look down on Team Naruto? Why not with his friends? or did i miss something?

Army is easy to find, folow and nuke. You only need an army to fight an army, against single targets it is much better to fight with small well orginized groups of 4, max 5 members.
Besides Sasuke doesn't need to kill all Akatsuki members, only Itachi and Madara so big force will only slow Team Herbi down and make them easy to spot and avoid. And since Madara is not after Naruto himself he will just hide somewhere...

Who needs to think about ways to find Akatsuki when they all come to you and even announce themselves (like Deidara getting off his bird to greet him) ?

I am sure that if Sasuke decides to kill Madara / turn into tr00 evil Uchiha and join sides with him, Madara will go to him the next chapter.

Besides, Sasuke has way too much pride to come back and ask for help from Naruto & Co.
And I think he realized too late that Itachi was after Naruto for real (when he realized Naruto had a special power at the VOTE) and not just to piss him off even more. At this point of the fight, there was no turning back anymore. And he didn't know earlier because there is absolutely no communication in this manga. (examples : Sakura didn't know his teammate Sasuke had awakened his sharingan until the Lee encounter. No one questionned how Naruto beat Haku. Sakura and Sasuke didn't give a damn about Oro talking about Naruto having fox eyes and Oro calling him kyuubi in the Chuunin exam. Naruto actually didn't know Oro was the one who killed Sandaime. Even if he should have been figured it out, he should at least have heard the news about it).

I swear that if there were more communication in Konoha. (Minato reporting about Madara and revealing what he intended to do with Naruto, Jiraiya reporting earlier about Akatsuki, Team7 aware of the situation of their members (Naruto's secret was made to allow him a normal childhood, but once he joined T7, he became a professional ninja, so he wasn't a child anymore), half of Konoha's problems would be solved already.

Rahan I so agree with you!!! If there was even a little more communication and understanding of each other half the probs in konha would be solved of course it wouldnt be as interesting having a perfectly balanced sasuke, a straightforward neji but the number of defections and the life of the inhabitants would be a lot better.
But getting back on topic Team Hebi will not join with team naruto coz team naruto is a konha force and team hebi is a collection of powerful ninjas bound together for a common purpose. The two forces have different ideologies and team naruto has to follow konha rules while team hebi is not under any villages domain.

IMHO, they are not complete fillers. They are actualling giving a lot of hints on Sasuke's current state of minds.

First, they are an indirect insult to Naruto, since it means, the loner Sasuke is actually willing to get help, but not from him.
Then, with the exception of Juugo (who is more or less controlled by Sasuke), they show Sasuke is actually associating himself with evil guys (Karin was a collaborator of Orochimaru and remember Kisame's speech about Suigetsu), even if they have not showed too much of it yet.
Sasuke is ruling by fear his teammate (intent to kill), which is a thing no good guys do and there is no way he could do that with Konoha.
At first, I thought Hebi was meant to be expandable pawns, but since they have to survive until they get their proper fights, I guess it won't be the case.

Suigetsu being there prove Sasuke took Kisame into consideration. (but Kishimoto was in such a rush of showing the Uchiha showdown that he discarded Kisame in a corner, so there was no need for him). If Suigetsu got to fight Kisame or not is irrelevant. Sasuke had to have someone able to have someone able to hold off Kisame in case of.
Karin was there to help Sasuke find Itachi and avoid ambushes. However, Kishimoto was in such a rush to show the Uchiha fight that he made Itachi come to him directly, so there was no need for a scout. The only feat Karin ever had was to realize that Konoha was suprisingly already on their tails. She missed Itachi's clone and she missed Kisame. She sucks. Her only purpose seems to be to avoid Konoha.
Juugo is there to give an explaination about the CS. It is not an Orochimaru crap or something, it's just a seal containing some drugs secreted by Juugo. Of course, Orochimaru couldn't use it to control Sasuke, it has nothing to do with him. Oro wasn't the virus, he was just the nurse who gave a jab. Oro used some random Genjutsu on Anko instead.

i don't think saske don't want there help because he knows how dangerous itachi is and he doesnt want to risk them the only people he might have feelings for die. He doesn't want to have to waste energy saving anyone. I think if any member from team hebi were in trouble he wouldn't sacrifice taking a hit. Look at how he used manda the main snake. O though it might of been better for him to kill off a snake that might strike him too.

firt of all yes, you are missing something sasuke doesnt know itachi is after kyuubi/naruto..we know because we read manga but sasuke cant read it :P

Actually, he doesn't know why (in his self centered universe, he could imagine the reason for Itachi to be after Naruto was because Sasuke was too slow catching up with his Oni-san), but he knows Itachi is after Naruto. He heard Aoba yelling Itachi was back and after Naruto, and when he finally found Naruto, guess who was with him ?

He knows Itachi was after Naruto, it was explained to him by Itachi when Sasuke went all postal and got taken out by Itachi the first time Itachi and Naruto met. Sasuke also knows now after years of incredible stupidity that Naruto has Kyuubi sealed inside him.
