I'm going to move this to the Otaku Theater, where I think the topic is a bit more appropriate.
It's an interesting commentary on the state of affairs with fansubbing groups and the discontent as shown by Japanese and American anime companies concerning their activity, which is to be expected. Nice interview and I have to commend Tofusensei for representing the "community" (as you call it) in a positive manner. Thanks.
it talk about OUR community, the fansubbers, fan viewers and the industry,
THE TRUTH. (thus far)
Welcome to Mangahelpers, sickwave, I suppose....Since this seems like a blatant advertisement for ANN, or simply randomness on your part. Regardless...
A surprisingly well done interview from ANN, but very little was illuminated really. All of these things were things that I knew already about fan-subbing, as I've done some Amateur fan-subbing in the past. However, It makes me wonder exactly why ANN is featuring this exactly....
The content of the interview made me believe it wasn't really meant so much as an advertisement, which is why I moved it here instead of the Advertisements section. Regardless it does seem a bit random, especially for a first-time poster, but since it concerns the fan-subbing community as a whole I figured it'd be better off here.
