I think that Lenalee has a higher chance of being the heart because she is more of a normal exorcist than allen. Allen appears to have connections to the 14th, so his exception could be the result ofthat connection instead of it being the heart.

I'd prefer a combined effort. Having Lenalee turn into the ultimate innocence would simply cheapen a lot of things.

the level 4 won't be defeated easily. Lenalee maybe faster but that level 4 sure isn't an easy akuma to handle and believe me lenalee won't defeat it alone.
