Oh, I didn't remember that the Bubble Fruit was mentioned even before the arc in which was present.

Maybe this is some sort of unprepared Bubble Fruit?

Thus it has so few points. Still in order to even take one you ought to have quite a Food Honour, so these points raise questions.

it is not the same . it is translation that makes them the same. the one in GC is called 泡アワビ (Awa Awabi) roughly bubble seashell. the bubble fruit is シャボンフルーツ (Shabon Furuutsu).

It has been mentioned before already, it is certainly not the same, most probably just a harmless overlook on author's side. It is noted as reader's idea, it looks different and no chance in hell anyone would be able to get it from Shokurin Temple into Gourmet Casino.

This reminds me of how the leveling system became a tad inconsistent around the time that monster that hunted down Battle Wolves showed up. Level 23? No. xD
