You've got a Venusian, a kappa, a star, a gothi loli who can grow into the Hulk, a semi-automatic weilding trap-of-a nun, an assassin milk-maid, and many others living under a bridge.

Kuragehime
A fashion obssessed cross dresser, a 30 year old virgin, a jellyfish otaku, a crazy Three Kingdoms enthusiast, a frugal afro girl, a creepy doll collector, a shut-in BL author, and a girl who really likes older men go to war against a cunning manipulitive fox lady for the sake of their home.

I nominate Dorohedoro for best full cast. From the protagonists to the perceived villains, the entire cast is surprisingly likeable and well developed.

I nominate Fairy Tail, Bakuman. and support One Piece for Best Full Cast.

Fairy Tail and One Piece both have a large cast with likeable characters, and actually much too less screentime for each of them: But it's okay, as every important character gets enough time to shine. Bakuman. has some crazy cast, too.

hunter x hunter epic storyline

Of course, one piece & FMA are the obvious choices but they already won this kind of awards.

So, I nominate Tower of God. Both the new team & the old team are made of great characters. Androssi, leesoo, Koon, Rak, Wangnam, ... and of course Baam. The author make us care for characters that we didn't saw that much.

I nominate Tower of God for Best Full Cast. It is literally stuffed with great characters. Androssi, Anak, Rak, Koon. In any other series "one" of them would be enough to carry the story.
