Another comparison which came immediately to my mind after reading this chapter was the one between this man and kaname tosen, one of the captains of bleach. If the blind old man is really the admiral, then it would really be a tribute to bleach. The last sentence was also ambued with justice, especially like tosen's ones
In which freaking mysterious way could someone, who had absolutely no chance against Luffy, grow in a way to pose a threat to that very same person who's grown by a magnitude possible for Bellamy?
Ehm I thought Bellamy is dead...
Did I miss something?
According to the Japanese wiki, Bellamy was "executed" but anyway...
I was reading a blog when the poster noticed that this guy who was trying to attack Luffy has a spade on his shirt. It's very likely that he and the other cheaters are the Spade Seat guy's henchmen.
The monkey waiter was shaking and the dialogue had the "scary" font when he was talking about the fairies. Whatever those fairies are, they don't seem like the Tinkerbell-type.

Do Flamingo cannot be onepunched when Ceasar needed countless ones before being defeated. Let's not our dreams make us loose common sense.
The only way I can possibly see us seeing Bellamy again is when we get a flashback for Doflamingo. Other than that, I don't really see the point in bringing him back into the story.
According to Redon from Pirateking, it's possible that the spoilers come one day earlier this week.
God would it be lame if Bellamy came back. He was kind of a boring character then, can't imagine him being any more interesting now. Not that he could not come back. Only, it really would kind of be dull if he did. Hopefully this arc does not become the coalition of old characters that are pissed at Doflamingo. Bellamy, Gekko Moriah, Disco, the two marines he forced to fight after Alabasta. I can't think of anyone else.
