Need some help with MQ scans.

Hi, i've been doing this page:
    http://www.iv.pl/images/47917419506053398623.jpg
for almost one month. I have used topaz, without him it's even worse. In the middle especially it's blured, i lose some details and I can't make a good raster like this for example:
    http://www.batoto.net/read/_/146795/..._by_casanova/3
Is someone experienced and wise with topaz or cleaning scans without him and could explain me how to use, at what should I look, what's important, what's not? Please, help!

P.S. I can make a raster but in high resolution (and it's average probably), when i use high resolution, when i reduce the size, the raster flies away. And of course i've watched many many tutorials, nothing really helped.

there is no reason for you to use topaz on that kind of page that you are working with

coz topaz is only used on this kind of raws

Technically, you *could* use Topaz on that page but the effects would be too great on an already resized page even on the lowest setting. The best way to probably go about cleaning it, besides the obvious leveling and manual cleaning, is to give it a bit of surface blur which helps to even up the dust and any odd lines on a page, but be careful not to blur it too much as it can also affect the greys in the page as well. Light blur, light level, that's really all you need to do for that kind of page, so have a little experiment and see what you get.

You'd need 2500+px height RAWs as well as using Topaz to get that effect. It takes a bit of time and effort to get it and experimenting as well, so get your hands on some HQ mag RAWs and go crazy with them, use whatever you can, don't be afraid if it turns out bad, just keeping trying new things all the time till eventually you have your own style of cleaning. You can do it!

if u see the size of the raw that i gave, that is the resolution of the raws that they use for scanlation and take note that you shouldnt abuse using topaz
coz there are some cleaners that i saw using it on tankonbon raws..,we only use this plugins on magazine raws.,
