Toning Practice, also a question...

Hi i'm new here, I wanted to share with all of you some toning practice I did of one of my characters from my Manga Celestial Valley. Here's the pic





My question is, does anyone want a tutorial on how I toned this picture?
I'm asking because I recorded myself toning this pic in a tutorial like format
but i'm kinda nervous to post it. So I figure if anyone was interested in learning to tone with Paint Tool Sai, I would post the tutorial here.

Well if u have a light\shadow tutorial I'd love to see that. Anyway post your tutorial here, I'm sure lots of people will see it useful ^^
