So I've been wondering if it was Tobirama who taught Tsunade the anti-aging jutsu (forgot real name), since Hashirama possibly died as a semi-old man (he lived long enough to meet Tsunade as a kid after all!), but in Danzo's flashback Tobirama looked the same as always (like in his mid tweenties during the warring era?) . I wonder how old he was when he was killed by the kumo-nin

The Uzumaki clan are known to be "long lived", which probably means they age gracefully thanks to their strong bodies that they've gained from being related to the Senju. So I don't think it's farfetched at all to believe the Senju share (or most likely, have a superior version) of this longevity that the Uzumaki have.
So in other words, it's not a technique. It's just good genes.
Tsunade does not have an anti aging jutsu. She uses a transformation jutsu to appear younger than what she really is. The senju (and uzumaki in particular) are indeed long lived but that is not something that has any relevance to tsunade just yet.
