Tousen seems to have taken a liking for this hollow. His sense of 'justice' is still prevalent. Will be interesting to see what the exchange between Isshin and Masaki is, and if he actually reports to SS. Urahara throws a curveball in this chapter also.

ofcourse it will b reported to SS....
cant wait to see this
I think that the strange thing urahara finds is going to be the sword arm that isshin had cut off of the hollow. Or possibly some anomaly with Masaki. Can't wait to see what it is!
You laugh now, but urahara is a man of science. He would surely be interested in such a hollow. Whether it be a corpse or just part of it. I in no way implied he was going to make anything out of it. However, one way or another there must be a reason why this hollow and its weaponry looks just like ichigos. It may be that Masaki was bit or some other reason that we're about to find out.

Wait so the spoilers say, "Masaki walks past Urahara", and you think he finds something strange about the holow? That's a jump.
I hope that it's not something like Ichigo is the hollow.
I also guess that Urahara isn't wandering around randomly at schools. Well, maybe he worked as a chemistry teacher back then instead of a shopkeeper, would be quite funny .
So could it be, that Masaki just became a Quincy - Hollow hybrid?
To me it seems a bit like instead of destroying the hollow, Masaki tried to cleanse his soul in some way. That gave back consciousness to the Shinigami that Hollow was made of and he rather self destructed than living on as a hollow
