    I changed the word order for you to make it easier to understand. I hope this will be helpful;

    1) 慎一は懸命に言い募った
    2) 涙に濡れた顔でしがみついてくる弟に
    3) 「次の休みには貴之の好きなものを買ってくる」

    You listed 3 sentences, so I am not quite sure with which 2 sentences you have a problem.

    * 涙に濡れた顔でしがみついてくる弟に、慎一は次の休みには貴之の好きなものを買ってくるからと懸命に言い募った。

    Basic structure of the sentence is: 慎一は弟に「A」と言った。

    A=次の休みには貴之の好きなものを買ってくるから(omitted part after から:something like 今日は勘弁してくれ)

    * いい加減聞き分けてくれよと年上ぶった物言いをした。 =「いい加減聞き分けてくれよ(Please understand already.)」と年上ぶって言った。

    Re: Need help with these sentences

    I've done a quick translation, not sure whether it helps;

    涙に濡れた顔でしがみついてくる弟に、
    To his younger brother who was clinging onto him with his face wet with tears,

    慎一は次の休みには貴之の好きなものを買ってくるからと懸命に言い募った。
    Shinichi argued eagerly that he would buy what Takayuki likes on his next day off.

    いい加減聞き分けてくれよと年上ぶった物言いをした。
    He said please understand already in a manner of seniority.
    ! 年上ぶった means something along the lines of ‘pretending to be older', 'in a manner of seniority' or ‘as if they were older’ depending on the context.

    呆然としたまま燃え広がる炎と煙を見上げ、憤一は弟の名を呼び続けた。
    While still stunned Shinichi looked up at the spreading flames and smoke, Shinichi continued to call his younger brother's name.

    ...I'm thinking maybe;
    いい加減聞き分けてくれよと年上ぶった物言いをした。涙に濡れた顔でしがみついてくる弟に、慎一は次の休みには貴之の好きなものを買ってくるからと懸命に言い募った。
    Shinichi is telling his younger brother to understand, but after looking at his brother crying he gives in... Or something of the sort?

    呆然としたまま燃え広がる炎と煙を見上げ、憤一は弟の名を呼び続けた。
    I'm not sure about how this sentence connects, I apologise.

    I think we need a bit more information (though this thread is from a while ago), sorry if this didn't really help. I think what mikkih said goes.

    I too think being "stunned" is a good word choice for 唖然(としたまま).
