Oreimo is awesome, but Hataraku Maou-sama! has been my favorite of the (still new) season so far.
Yeah Hataraku surprised me in a very positive way.
I hope it can keep this level of quality till the end.
I'm sure it will, it's a really fun series. I'm also really enjoying Gargantia, while HenNeko is growing on me. Good so far, but potentially great, once the girls get more involved.

I follow Nisekoi, Hamatora, Nobunaga The Fool, BuddyCom and ZX_Anime this season for twitter accounts. I think Nisekoi has been their the longest or maybe Chuunibyo since its season one may have preceded the Nisekoi anime account.
Chuunibuou, Nisekoi, Saki, and Hoozuki were established franchises before the winter season started. New or old, their twitter account includes carry over fans from the original manga, and previous seasons.
I've noticed that a lot of anime films, like Western animated movies, tend to feature film actors/actresses as leads. Practically every film that won the Japan Academy Prize for Animation of the Year have the leading characters voiced by someone who primarily work with live action films.
For example, Wolf Children featured Aoi Miyazaki, From Up On Poppy Hill featured Okada Junichi [V6], Tekkonkinkreet featured Kazunari Ninomiya [Arashi] & Yu Aoi and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time featured Riisa Naka.
Is this a mere coincidence or is there a reason why prolific seiyuus are not cast into these films?
