I didn't find any sales numbers for volume 01 back in 2009, so it was less than 23,987.
But if you want the following 4 volumes to compare later...
Kuroko no Basket sales in 2009
Volume 1st week sales 2nd week sales 02 38,053 - 03 43,420 31,469 04 67,147 24,412 05 97,160 -
Volume sales have minor importance between new series by what I know, position in the TOC is more important and World Trigger is being ranked better recently. I guess it doesn't have a immediate danger, only if its rankings get worse. Did Kuroko no Basket have bad rankings in the beginning?
Ginga Patrol Jako seems like... crazy and exotic with this images... I guess...
The first volume of new series very rarely sell well. It usually takes a few volumes to establish sales. I've never seen a new, low ranking series saved by sales of volume one.
If the series has bad ranking with this sales or minor certainly it won't survive and there aren't new series that sell well and get bad in the ranking, this is almost illogic.
World Trigger sells bad with reasonable positions, I guess it will survive a bit more.

ruggia is hard to read. But Kuroko no Basket (the 22nd title) seemed to be a middle tier in the beggining. Not sure.
Author's comments for those interested from this week's issue.
I am assumin Bapti-san is Jean Baptista, the IRL Bakuman's Hattori.. So he is currently the editor of Cross Manga, World Trigger and Naruto?? O.o
I love Naoshi's comment.
Is there any special date for three authors mention Bapti-san? I don't know nothing about him, is he a important person in Jump?
I found Horikoshi at Pixiv well I think its him
Yes he famouse, he was old One Piece Editor. You can see him here (5:29)
Nice, thanks for the video.
Btw, there was an interesting part in today's SJ podcast. They did it with Hisashi Sasaki and they were talking about One Piece for a bit. They wanted to know if he knew what the "One Piece" was. Sasaki didn't know, but he said that One Piece's seven editors were all told by Oda what it was, on the first day they worked with him.
