Kubo covered his tracks very well with this weeks chapter, so I don't understand exactly what major detail your looking for in the connection between Masaki and Yhwach. Fact is, even if Masaki wasn't directly part of the Vandenreich, she still came from a pure-blood Quincy background, plus Yhwach is indirectly connected to "all" Quincies just by blood alone. To them, he is the King, God or whatever and Kubo has yet to reveal more information about him and his own background.

For all we know, Masaki's mystery family background could be connected to Yhwach for all we know. But, either way, the chapter cleared everything up and anything else you want explained, you'll have to wait for Kubo to reveal.

edit: And had I read the thread I'd have seen that Zeta42 pretty much said that already...
Ah yes I forgot, Masaki was infected with Hollow reiatsu so she lost her pureblood status...I assume?

He then said he'll release his power and Ichigo's blut cannot save him:

What Bach was doing was referencing how Masaki died. Like Isshin said, Masaki's Blut Vene was exceptionally strong and she had never recieved a wound from a Hollow after Whitey. She lost to Grand Fisher because Bach "released his powers" from her and took her Blut Vene away. This is what Bach is referencing here. Ichigo is tanking his attacks due to his Blut Vene so Bach is saying he'll deal with Ichigo with the same tactic he used when dealing with Masaki.
i think he meant that he would infuse his power into his attack and pierce the blut. not that he would rob ichigo of his blut.

^I don't see how "release" can mean "infuse".

Why do most of you call juhabach by the name Yhwach now? I saw where he was called Yhwach one time in the manga, but I don't get the significance of having two names...

His real name is Yhwach as confirmed by Viz. However I guess some of us are still used to Bach like me.
