Yep. The right is American English. :3
TBBT is the best series currently, prime comedy. XD
This video remembers me that I have to watch the new season but I don't have time.
Talking about accents, I went today in a fair of exchange. I knew a bunch of universities in US and UK and I am thinking in make a exchange in the near future, I have just to prepare myself. There were a seminar from an UK university and seems that I have more ease to understand UK accent than American accent. What the americans here have to say about that?
You don't speak clearly and slowly! *accusing*
I was talking with a bunch of American people today, and the more I got drunk, the more I sounded like an actual American person.
That's what they said, I thought I sounded to start stupid...
I think you'd be able to understand me fine--I don't really have an accent at all coming from the midwest.
Southern people on the other hand... I can't understand what the hell they're saying half of the time.
British people talk too quickly, IMO. But the accent is really easy to get used to.
Isn't that like... the standard American English?
I figured as such. Though I thought the midwestern accent was standard for newscasters and such. At least that's what I've heard.
British accent is sex bomb.
See? American accent is so complicated that even natives get confused.
By what I heard today UK accent is more near of how brazilians talk English. Brazilian speaking English I don't have problem to understand.
I've heard British accent with my hosts. The offspring at least talk in strong Brit accent, I couldn't help but laugh when I first heard it. I never heard Brazilian accent though.
America has different accents. You have New York, New Jersey, south, west, etc accents. In a big place like US, you're bound to get different accents.
do you like Brazil?
