    Re: Fate/Stay Night

It's been a while since I finished this game but I really have to say it became one of my favourites pretty quickly. Amazing story, well written characters, great OST...
There are times when you just can't stop to play/read because this game won't let you leave... Sudden plot twists... Funny stuff... Sad stuff... This VN has it all!

So whoever looks for a VN and hasn't touched this jewel here yet... Play it!

I played FS/N when it first came out, no seiyuu voice-overs on the characters but still splendid. When the voice over patch was introduced, the story suddenly went from "Yay!" to "BANZAAAI!!!"
    Spoiler show

P.S: Only the Realta Nua Playstation version of FS/N has its 18+ scenes removed. Most PC versions still has the content.

Well Fate/Stay Night really had it all. Drama, badassery, surprise, fun and calm moments. I really think the crucial part is right at the beginning, where it's all one big breakfast and everyday school for quite some time. You barely know the characters, you want to see the real story start and everything feels a bit dragged. Once you reach beyond that part I doubt anyone would drop the VN, and later you can appreciate those early moments too. It might just be a bit too dragged for some people at the start.

I can imagine. The voices makes everything so much more lively. I noticed that while playing Fate/Hollow Ataraxia, sometimes you really miss the voices

    And why did you dislike

It was one of the highlights to me
