Wow this is such a smart move by Crunchyroll. I definitely want to pick up Yamada-kun, maybe I'll pick up another title as well.
Of course, the biggest problem I have with Crunchroll's anime is that not all titles are available in all countries. So I can watch Gintama and Attack on Titan, but I can't watch Magi, which is a shame. I hope they rectify this if their e-manga endeavor turns out successful. I think it will though because 5 dollars a month sounds pretty good.

If they add Yozakura Quartet, I'd think about signing up.
This agreement is beneficial to Kodansha, they won't need to enter in these markets with a new mark and technology. They will use Chruchyroll, a popular mark already, and its servers to host your mangas, not being neccesary to install their own servers.

Ooh, this sounds like a neat idea. Not only will it allow the fans from the 170 countries to read the chosen series, it'll be good business for Kodansha and Crunchyroll with ads from the free users and paid accounts.
Looks like two more countries join the excluded list
"Crunchyroll Manga can be accessed from any PC/Mac with an Internet connection and a web-browser, or via Crunchyroll’s iOS or Android apps. While fans in over 170 countries will be able to read Crunchyroll Manga, there are several notable exceptions: readers in France, Germany, Mexico, and Brazil will not be able to access these titles at this time."
Oh, great, 170 countries and Brazil is out. Why not?!
the biggest countries besides the english one will be excluded, because they can sell the rights there, like france, spain, italy and germany.
They really didn't realize that they are losing money with this? No words...
Where the list of 170 countries can be read?
