Geez, still on 1st page? It's like it was the most boring chapter ever.
Many already pointed out that the guy in the suite could be probably Gustang. Here are some details from the Wiki about Po Bidau Gustang:
Nothing much happened. It's good to see that everyone is laying their cards on the table. We saw another FUG Gambler, Aguero's "revelation" and his reunion with Leesoo. It's about time for them to wreck havoc. I can't stand the FUG. They are one of those villains who absolutely don't pique my interest. Not only that, but they seem to have serious management problems up there, which also makes me look down on them despite their power and influence.
By the way, SIU forgot to draw Rak's mask in the bottom left panel, even though it doesn't really matter if he wears one or not.
Hopefully, by tommorow evening we'll have something more to talk about.
yep, we'll have much to talk and discuss^^ they are starting moving.. i predict :-)
What I'd like for next chapter is more development around the battlefield and less Beta and his cryptic homicidal talk.
I'd like to see what Lero-ro is up to but I expect he will appear as a last minute save or something like that. Maybe Hatsu will explain what happened in a short flashback.
I think that SIU has been wasting a lot of pages/chapters lately. The chapter which was half about Boondawon, what was the point of that? He just offscreened Boondawon in last week's chapter anyway. What was the point of wasting three chapters for Wangnan to run through the jungle and deal with that split body creature?
I do agree with you that Lero-ro should appear, and not as a last minute save/rescue, especially now that FUG is trying to cheat and they're going to involve their Rankers soon.
Oh, and in the end, because good characters apparently don't die, even Horyang's going to live.
I would like an explanation of those tentacles/whatever that blue thing was that restrained Baam was. I'm afraid that SIU will just handwave it away, like he's done with a number of other things, and we'll just have to accept that it happened and Baam will eventually be rescued or regenerate.
Speaking of that line from afterword, about how Bondawan's battle scene was hinting something.
Never did realize what this thing in the water was. After, I just forgot about it.
Damn i cant wait for the next chap and hopefully SIU will give us something good, the main fellas getting their shows down like that is ok when something is being done, last chap proved NOTHING was done. Wing tree is like half the way off the game Koon the great mastermind didnt even anticipate half of what Fug had in store for him and played on their hand Baam the frigging irregular who scratched Mazino got his backside kicked by Mad dog without even hurting maddoqs hairs. Talk about letting people down on their hype
