紡績 bouseki means spinning so basically it's a textiles company. I have a feeling ボン is a reference to something but I'm not sure.
ボン： a child from a wealthy family, and in this case, a son of the company's owner

It depends how it's used, but you could rephrase it to "his father owns a cotton spinning company" for example.
