    Need a clarification on Japanese language use...

    Hi.
    Let's look at the red parts in these two images:



    So, is "risou" referred to the city or to the inhabitants?
    (The ideal city or the ideal inhabitants of the city?)

    Is "nazo no" referred to Frau X or to her martial art? (Frau X who uses a mysterious panzer kunst [different from the usual one we have seen in 20 years of serialization...] or The mysterious panzer kunster, Frau X?)

    (1) 理想都市の住人 ---> risou: 理想都市 is a set. It's not 理想の都市住人.

    (2) I would say Frau X.
