Bazz-B - The Heat
Cang Du - The Iron
Quilge Opie - The Jail
BG9 - The K
Driscoll Berci - The Overkill
Meninas McAllon - The P

I like his style and calmness. Not sure what he's truly capable of and why, he was originally appointed successor to Ywhach, but that's what keeps him the most interesting to me. And he reminds me of Ulquiorra, but slightly better.
Mask de Masculine: he was just too much fun to watch fight, even though he was so preposterous. He took down multiple Captains in a head-on fight without any weird hax or plot armor. He just beat them into submission. Good for him!
I voted for Haschwalth because he is the epitome of coolness; while being a villain at the same time. He almost seem to have some regrets while following Juhah's orders. I am hoping that in the end, he will become the next king of the Quincies.
the kowaii and kawaii
sternritter Z giselle gewelle
hottest bitch-ritter (since bambietta bit the dust)
Definitely love BAZZ-B the most and Gremmy next, Gremmy had the best display of abilities, personality, and looks of the mix, while Bazz B is just plain fun and active. Two of Kubo's best characters this arc.
The hype around Haschwald and Askin make them 2 very interesting characters.
Bazz-B is also another really interesting character. Him and Grimmijov seem very similar.
I was very interested in Cang-Du before he was killed off.
First it was Opie before his transformations. Then As Nodt. I think he's interesting. I also like Gremmy because he appeared out of nowhere and was unexpected. After chapter 588 it's Giselle. Giselle is becoming more and more an unusual character. And about the others, I don't really care, some are uninteresting and and don't really have anything special (like Bazz-B) or didn't show enough of their personality yet (like Haschwalth).
I have some unfortunate news for you pal.
Also my favorite Sternritter is Gremmy. A brain that has the ability to turn imagination into reality. You know that someone is so OP that the rest of the Sternritters just don't want to get close to him. When one of your peers says "I'm gonna leave this place because I don't want to get caught in his cataclysm".. you know that something fun is going to happen. A monster among monsters.
Gremmy. I think Kubo nerfed him tbh. Being able to turn mere imaginations into reality, that has got to be one of the most OP abilities ever and if Kubo hadn't nerfed him, Kenpachi would have not even lasted properly in that fight. Apart from that, my 2nd favourite sternritter has got to be Bazz-B.
Kirge Clowns all these dudes/dudettes.
His character served its purpose of introducing Quincies as malevolent beings of terror. He even played the role better that his majesty.
Most Sternritters introduced later consists of idiots/fools and they dropped the suspense created considerably.
Kirge > Juha (not a SR but...) > Royd > Mask > Haschwalth > ........and standing in dead last is Gremmy.

Hashwalt definitely. Also, shouldn't Ishida be part of this too? And also Candice cus shes hot.
I don't have a clear cut favorite but so far these are mine:
As Nodt - I really dislike what Kubo made him into in the end.
So far, I liked As Nodt then Bazz B.
I mean seriously, LOOK AT AS NODT:
