Second season of Date A Live.
Origami like a boss... Prepared to go all the way... On a whim...
Perfectly playing along with Tohka... That was so good... x'D
As usual... Yoshino was so cute... Although her soap opera made it worse...
Using the first opening was a nice choice for the situation at the end.
Well it was a great first episode (and a nice kiss. ) and I guess the first new spirit was hinted at. The "twins" I mean.
I wonder who that first spirit is and who those evil AST guys are.
Interesting start. Going backwards, in the end, we learn that Kurumi actually holds a grudge against the first ever spirit for some reason. Now I wonder if she's just like Origami, who wants to avenge her parents.
Tohka and Yoshino seem to be distressed way too easily. If somehow that spirit path was broken and they couldn't seal away their powers, their lives would be in danger. It took AST some time to figure their hiding out, but now that it's out in the open, it won't be long before they are targeted again.
Origami in her usual self with no common sense!
Oh god, I so missed this show and I'm glad that it's back.
Anyway I really liked the episode, because it gave us a summary about what has happened in the first season, but it also developed the plot by making reappear Kurumi and introducing those two beautiful twins (considering that the hurricanes are obviously them, as suggested by the title of the next episode).
As for the rest, I seriously can't resist Tohka's and Yoshino's cuteness, because they're just adorable.
Tohka should just stop watching soap opera though....
To conclude, Origami is really a piece of art; she's the best perverted Kuudere that I've ever seen. XD
Episode one reminded me a little of the OVA. Good, solid first episode. I'm looking forward to the twins, and the first real episode, next week.
I love Origamis randomness... "If she is a boy then Shidou has to become a girl"... Flawless.
Yuzuru and Kaguya are great. Especially the deadpan Yuzuru.
Shidou looks really tired... Dealing with a rather active harem is quite exhausting huh?
Funny that those twins had no idea how to seduce Shidou...
The "That's so lame girl" should get herself checked... Her brain seems to be severely damaged... x'D
PS: Yoshino is so cute... She needs more screentime.
OP is okay, but I really prefer the first one.
I bursted into a laughter at a very late night time when Origami told Tohka that she needs to be strong as.. a man
Yuzuru is like Strike the Blood's Astarte. A very methodical speech pattern. Loving her a lot.
I'm already loving those twins; they're both cute, funny and htey're hella strong from what I've seen in this episode. XD
I love espeically Yuzuru's speech pattern and when she said "LOL" or responded to Kaguya's insults I lost it.
I guess it will be though for Shido to deal with them and this episode pretty much proved it. LOL
As for the rest, Tohka is always the most adorable and funny character (Trying to pose as a boy just to stay in the same room with Shido? Epic! XD).
And Yoshino basically watched the TV all day.
I wish we could see more from the cutest loli.
Damn you Shidou... Why are you so damn lucky... Having such cute girls fawning over him (does Yoshino actually influence what is happening on the island with the TV?!)... Yuzuru is so damn adorable... That deadpan attitude and that speech pattern...
Anyway. Those two sisters are so stubborn... They really care about each other but don't want to tell the other one... <.< Shidou will save them both... But as soon as he does... They will fight over him again... That lucky bas...
Apart from that. How can a military organisation be that useless? I don't care about Ratatoskr anymore for the moment because the second in command is a retard... Why did Kotori choose that guy in the first place?
AST and DEM are as stubborn as the sisters... Trying to kill the spirits without asking any questions... <.<
Ellen is hilarious. Whenever she tried to set something up, those trio found her out immediately.
"So lame." xD
Yuzuru & Kaguya volleyball tag team was awesome. Wish they cooperated more often.
Kaguya and Yuzuru are really beyond any logic and that scene in the bed at the beginning of the episode was awesome and I felt a bit of jealousy for the paradise in which Shido found himself. XD
Anyway I do hope that they will stop fighting soon; I mean, it's way too obvious that they do not want the other to disappear.....Shido it's up to you to stop them now.
About the volleyball match, it was awesome and honestly I wouldn't want to face a Spirit, especially after witnessing what happened in it; poor Shido. LOL
And that trio is funny and they seem to have a talent for finding Elle wherever she goes. XD
Looking forward to the next episode.
P.S: I want to see Yoshinon more.
An adorable conclusion to Kaguya & Yuzuru's problem. Have to say the double kiss was really daring, though
It looks like Kotori knows a secret about Shido. How can she be so calm about this dire situation, I wonder.
Hmm, it seems like Shido truly is a special existence, considering that he is able to summon Sandalphon like that; I wonder though how can Kotori something like killing her beloved Onii-chan so calmly....
Just what's going on? I do hope that we will know the reason soon.
As for the rest of the episode, that kiss given to Shido by the two twins was really sweet and I felt really jealous; damn you Shido! XD
And do we want to talk about the hole that the trio dug and that in the end proved to be crucial in defeating Elle? LOL
Looking forward to the next episode.
Kannazuki's command style was so great!
So far I'm liking season 2 of Date A Live more than season 1. What do you guys think?
Indeed. He was his own absurd self a moment and dead serious the next. It looks like he's indeed one heck of a commander.
Well, I'd perhaps say so, but no Kurumi, so, I'd still say no for leaving her out so far.
