    Shizuoka area (I guess...) dialect



    Hi.
    Here we have a customer puller successfully luring a man inside the inn she works at.
    I don't get what he says. Is he the one who struck a deal or is she that, doing the job she does, struck it (that would explain the "can't be helped").

    And...what is he saying in the other bubble? Something lewd I guess...

    しゃあねえな:仕方がないな
    おめえぐらいで:お前程度で
    手ぇ打ったるわ:手を打つことにする

    まだ他より:まだ他(の女)より
    ちったァ:ちょっとは
    ましやったからな:マシだったからな。

    しゃあねえな/仕方(が)ないな Wel, I guess I just have to ....
    おまえ you=the woman
    ぐらいで/程度で someone like (you) <meaning that she is not as attractive/pretty as he would like to see in woman>
    手ぇ打ったるわ/手を打つことにする settle with <meaning - decide to chose>
