Instead of using the word "cold," you may want to use "cooling down" or some other words. 冷める doesn't mean "getting cold" but rather cooling down and getting back to normal.
Edit/add: Your comma usage was proper, but I thought it might look a bit choppy followed by another comma right after. Other than that, tl sounds good to me.

In this context, it's clearly a physical sensation, so "titillation" doesn't apply, since it's a more figurative use of 痺れる.
