I think Chinjao wins. Luffy beat Chinjao with some difficulty, a level of difficulty that Zoro clearly isn't having with Peeka. Besides, with his head, Peeka's huge statue body isn't a death sentence at all.

I would give it to chinjao too. Overall he was reasonably impressive in his fight with luffy and his power should have gone considerably higher now that his head is back in shape. I think just hitting pika with it and the ground splitting in pika's direction would cause considerable damage to him. Chinjao is not to be taken lightly, specially now.
I'm going to go with Chinjao on this one. Pica has a particularly powerful fruit, one that was highlighted under specific conditions, but beyond that he seems to be somewhat lacking. And given that Chinjao has had his primary weapon restored, his offensive power should be more than enough to bring Pica down.
Pica is A Fodder Confirmed if he can't even give Zoro a bit of challenge in real fight face on.
Fodder is a bit too much. It ultimately does depend on who exactly you are comparing him too. He can't be fodder to zoro if zoro still has not won though. Zoro perhaps won't be pushed to his limits here however peeka has shown a more than decent bit of power. Realistically speaking he could flatten a nation easily if he really wanted to and defeating him would be borderline impossible if the enemy is unfamiliar with how to spot him within the stone. He is almost certainly not as strong as zoro but I would still think he would be a force to fear for people at the new world.
