I'll download them and confirm, the torrent was made yesterday.

I knew it should be available somewhere, cause I had seen the endlish dub on animax.

I downloaded episode 50, and it's Japanese audio with English subtitles.
video quality is pretty good too.(It's not Dual Audio)
