Fighting for One Piece

I just recently got back into the gaming world (a chance encounter with a $30 fat ps2) and I now have the opportunity to play a whole new world of import games. Looking into these I found 2 that were most excellent the first being D.O.N. a kind of simplified version of the Nintendo DS Shonen Jump all starts series and the second being Fighting for One Piece. From what I have seen Fighting for One Piece is really the first genuine attempt (at least for the PS2) that One Piece has made at a more visually sophisticated fighting game (not SD) but I find myself now at a conundrum. Tell me what you have experienced first hand while playing the game and give me your opinions.

the game is great, it's the only ps2 game that covers until water 7 (it has franky) but it's sooooooooo long, and you can get easily tired of it, for one "arcade mode" i think you got like 10milions? and franky costs 300 milions,i got ace who costs 200 milions and got tired of the game -.-
it doesn't have lots of characters, the first 7 strawhats, croc, enel, smoker, ace, ao kiji and franky, but the combo system is better than in the other ps2 games, it's not as simple as in all Grand Battle games, but it's a great game anyways
My rating as a One Piece game: 8/10

i wish they made more OP games for ps2, covering ennies lobby or may be thriller bark...XD but the OP videogames seems to be on nintendo, because the lasts 3 games of OP were: the unlimited adventure wii one, the gear spirit ds one, and the unlimited cruise wii one that's going to be released in september

It looks and sounds at the very least to be a pretty playable game, Have you played the Gear Spirits game for the DS? That game looks to be a pretty good fighter and the graphics really impressed me, not to mention the huge amount of playable characters including the most recent kaizoke Brooke!! Any reviews?

i have it, and it's a really great game ^^ althought gettin brook is so difficult -.-
999.999.999 of money with all characters, that's insane!!! i made it with some of the SH, blackbeard, and i'm trying to get it with ace, but once you passed the game once, you get bored easily, but i suppose the multiplayer mode must be great^^
in all aspects it is a great one piece game, the graphics are really good for being a DS game, they are better than Mario 64 XD
