Bleach: Anime vs. Manga

I just thought I'd put this up here for everyone to discuss their opinions on this matter.

Do you guys think the anime is better than the manga?

Do you guys think the manga is better than anime?

Many people always have something to say about the two of these branches of Bleach and it's never ending with the situation.

So go on ahead and discuss which one you think is better...

I love more anime. Though all filler episodes in Bleach is totally crap. I still like more anime than manga. I think because of fighting. In manga isn't interesting fights only story interesting. So my vote goes to anime.

Definitely the manga, the anime is great and it has its strong points like the music they play during battles but they don't animate everything that happens in the manga and they censor some really good stuff (from the top of my head: Szayel eating his fraccion as if he was a bucket of hot wings, Halibel's under boobies...etc).

i would say the manga. i dont really watch anime because it takes too long really. and yeah they sensor alot of stuff. Luppis death was changed and the nurse yammi pulverised was just knocked against the wall. the only anime of bleach that im gonna be watching is the upcomming ones w/ zommari kenpachi nnoitra etc.

for me... I like both of them equally until something happpens in the manga that just kills me because it's either moving too slow or just not making sense at all. Or when the anime is doing a filler because even though it's pretty irritating how they drift off of the main story line it's not all that bad because we just get to see more action. ie the bounto arc

I really like both, but i think the manga is better. Sure it may take more time to illustrate a battle, but you don't have to worry about filler arcs that have nothing to do with the story. Plus, I think when you are reading panels in manga you don't usually lose the quality of the artwork like you can for less important parts of the anime where the animation gets a little on the quickly drawn side (or so it would appear anyway).

true as that is (the filler is my topic for this part of the post), I think that the only filler arc in the anime that really has nothing to do with the story is the stupid current one. Although the action is pretty cool to watch, they completly cut off the story when it didn't even end yet. This whole arc isn't even over yet and then all of a sudden we leave HM magically right after Grimm is defeated!!! That's what pissed me off.

The only filler that really worked in this entire story, was the Bounto Arc. They appeared at the perfect time. As soon as they got back home, another adventure started and there they went, back into more action. It just screwed up the story because of those three beings that Kisuke ended up inventing.
