This series deserves to some more attention, I love Kami no Shizuku, although I don't even drink wine! It's very interesting and suspenseful in its own way, but too bad there haven't been any scanlation releases for half a year.

Maybe I'll have to try and improve my French in order to read this series ;D

I'm at chapter 17 and this could easily be in my top 10 favorite manga I've ever read. To think a manga about wine could be so popular but I know why because it's amazing. The descriptive words are elegantly expressed by the characters you get mesmerized. Lots of research has been put into this manga you can tell, plus we learn while we read. I really want to go experience a wine tasting event just because of this manga. After reading the scans I'll be cheating soon by watching the drama adaptation.

I heard that some french wineries went out of stock after they were mentioned in the manga. It's true that this manga is very entertaining. I've borrowed it to some friends who never read mangas and they like it a lot. I wouldn't say it's the best one ever and it's really unrealistic ( how can they drink so many 1er crus ?!)
And I would never have known that you could drink Champagne with Kimshi :-)

In france the release are at volume 17 with a new one every 2 months
