Are Air Gear and Code: Breaker absent from the magazine or are the just absent from the TOC ranking?
I think that is Suzuki no Shiten. Maybe.

Wow, Bloody Monday is on a final battle already...well I guess it's nearing the end of the story. With that said, here's the rankings:
-Shibatora (cp, pt. 1)
-Shibatora (pt. 2)
-Tomurayama Atari no Yuuhi (one-shot?)
-Absent: Ippo, Hanagata
Is Bloody Monday ending on its own or is it getting cancelled?
When it ends it will end on it's own. Since the JDrama debuted it's been one of the more popular series in the mag. It's already nine volumes long and the story can only be stretched so far; ending it now, on a high note, seems like a good idea.
From some of what I've seen, Magazine seems a bit more open to having shorter series that last a year or two to tell the full story whether popular or not. Sure they have their share of endless series too (Ippo, Godhand Teru) but I've seen more shorter "start-middle-finish" series out of Magazine than a Jump or a Sunday.
2009/10 Release date: 2009.02.18 ???
Why is that, can anyone tell me?
If I am correct today is 02.05 Is that issue comes from the future?
Ok, I know every magazine has weird release dates 1-2 week or a month difference but I dont know why. I asked Heiji-sama about it in PM but he doesnt reply me.

Heiji-sama, is it possible that you have the pages with Shokotan? If yes could you share them too? Thanks anyway.
