Atleast with Naruto and Sakura they talk and their relationship is believeable. We can see that she likes him and have a bond. With Hinata, there is nothing whatsoever.

People take it in context that whatever Hinata says, Naruto will do and love her. It doesn't work that way. It's a 2 sided road. He has to love her back and there is no chemistry between them at all. They are just friends, nothing more and nothing less.

NaruSaku beats NaruHina by a long shot.
You are acting like 454 is the second to last chapter. As long as there are more chapters to go, things can develop and change. one side is halfway there to 2 sides. It is a start. The same way it was with Naruto & Sakura. Originally it was one-sided, but now it seems Sakura's feeling for Naruto may be starting to grow. They did not always have a bond. She greatly disliked Naruto originally. If Sakura's feelings can grow for Naruto, why is it impossible for Naruto's to grow for Hinata? It seems like you are being one-sided in your use of examples. When the manga is over, we will see.

one of them completes the other by that sens lol . but enough of this agen, kishi proved more then once that he can make any couple feel like it. like what he did whith hinata's confesion then the sakura's hug. so we cant prove anything because all the development doesnt count unfortunatly.

that sums what i mean. for all we know, kishi might let naruhina develop or narusaku develop. all we can do now untell the manga ends is take a side of the couple war, and hope one wins, or do like me: naruhina, or naruXsomeone new.

It's interesting that you bring up Naruto and Sakura, especially when that relationship (whatever it might turn out to be) has been developed throughout the series(particularly Sakura's perceptions of Naruto). The only time I've seen any sign of that happening was during the Chunin Exams (and that was ambiguous at best).

Yes, it's certainly within the realm of possibilities that Kishimoto decides to make Naruto start having feelings towards Hinata, but it hasn't happened or been implied in any meaningful way during the series (all 454 chapters of it), not to mention the fact that given Kishimoto's previous tendencies, it's more likely that Hinata disappears for the foreseeable future (that's also what happened after the Chunin Exams).

thats the problem, for 454 (actualy senc the second part) i thought it was gonna be narusaku, i wanted naruhina but there was the narusaku development, and hinata dessapeard. but, in the pien arc(not just 437, but other chaptes after that), (and sakura's surprizing remaning feelings) i realized that kishi could make it naruhina despit the development. i mean, i thought it was naruhina for sure but them it was the hug wich was prety wierd as a narusaku moment but it was(nothing like naruto asking her out after it happend plus, everyone smiled, that was just creepy) . then sakura's feeling for sasuke cleared it up that it isnt decided yet. unless you count the anime but the anime doesnt know wich direction it showld go. it had meny narusaku moments, but when chapter 437 came out, it was in that episode (the sanabi arc) were we saw a naruhina moment, and another one in another episode also the valentine bounes. plus ither things, but the anime isnt canon, and it sucked.

I don't count the anime, though I'd note that the anime generally attempts to stay pretty close to the manga as far as far as the general development of plot and character development goes. I'm not particularly surprised that Sakura might still have some unresolved feelings for Sasuke, but don't think that Kishimoto hasn't already decided where he wants to take the triangle between Sakura, Sasuke, and Naruto; after all, throwing in things to throw off ones perceptions of events is definitely something Kishimoto likes to do.

Re: Romance (and society) in Naruto

there are 2 arguments about naruhina, and narusku right now:
    narusaku's main argument:
it had more development then naruhina. that is true.
    naruhina's main argument:
the confesion, plus the other naruhina moments after the confesion, and sakura's hug. also her feelings for sasuke wich proves that anything can happen (naruhina, narusaku, sasusaku)

basicly, these are the main arguments, but i think there is a third person coming in wich is karui. i dont wan to explain it alot, but i think meny people had this feeling, idea, thought after this chapter. this is what could happen:
karui hits naruto....... they becom frinds (this point we all know but what after it is importent) ......... she feels gulty. she says im sory. naruto says he understands her and promeses her to bring her master back (very likely if you ask me) ........ she begens having feelings for naruto .......... then they have a riverly (like sigetsu, and karin) ........... naruto saves kirabee ......... she is greatfull......... naruto x karui.

the (..........) is what what leeds to the events, but i dont know them lol. BTW im serios about this. if in the next chapters she feels gulty and naruto says he understands her, and promeses her to bring her master back, then it might happen.

if you agree or disagree i understand why.

in the end majority of the main protagonists are going to be a winners by finding love if not then that means kishi is just cruel.

the anime is ...... well, just look at the fillers, it ruined madara/tobi's charecter (he was acting like idiot when nobody was watching him). sasuke killes some fodder presenor (he only killed itachi, and he wanted to help the prisoners). the mini kyuubi (nuff said about that). the naruto shippuden movie 2 (pien destroyed konoha, not some flying ships). the femal kissing frog (frogs are too cool for school in naruto lol). and if you remember that konoha shippu were sasuke is gay for oro.

kishi does it alot. like when the sasuke becomig akatsuki then leaving it, itachi, pien, konan. kishi cant say, naruhin, or narusaku untel the manga ends.

Well if Sasuke doesn't return her feelings to her since she's still in love with him and not Naruto, what wrong with sloppy seconds?

    Quote Quote:
Just because Hinata confessed her love for Naruto doesn't mean they will be together. They are 2 opposites, they have nothing in common and they never ever talk. They don't even have a proper relationship, Hinata just has a crush on him.
So...it's not like he hates her. Naruto does like Hinata he just never looked at her in that way before. They aren't opposites, they have a lot in common. Just because Naruto is a loudmouth and Hinata is quiet doesn't make them opposites.

And Sakura and Naruto don't have a proper relationship either. She always blows him off and treats him like a child. She jus did it 2-3 chapters ago. Yes, Hinata doesn't get enough air time and most fans want a developed, nutured relationship for Naruto but Kishi isn't doing it that way. So whatever girl Naruto gets is going to be poorly developed, so let's drop the pretense that just because Hinata isn't in 150 Chapters alone with Naruto that she's got no shot. Don't confuse fanservice with how the story is.

    Quote Quote:
Atleast with Naruto and Sakura they talk and their relationship is believeable. We can see that she likes him and have a bond. With Hinata, there is nothing whatsoever.
What talk? The only thing they talk about is Sasuke and their missions and not much else. Only Naruto shares some of his thoughts and feelings, but not Sakura. In fact we don't know what's she's feeling. It's just speculation that she loves Naruto. From the way the story is written you can't tell if Sakura thinks or Naruto as a comrade, friend, or even lover. At least wtih Hinata her feelings are out. Sakura's are still for Sasuke, not Naruto.

    Quote Quote:
People take it in context that whatever Hinata says, Naruto will do and love her. It doesn't work that way. It's a 2 sided road. He has to love her back and there is no chemistry between them at all. They are just friends, nothing more and nothing less.

NaruSaku beats NaruHina by a long shot.
No one says anything of the sort. You have two love triangles involving Naruto. One where he's interested and gets blown off, and the other where some girls wants him but he's clueless. Which one has the better outcome, the latter. Why put all this stuff with that involves Naruto and Hinata if it's going nowhere? Why waste the ink? Why should Naruto refuse Hinata's assistance in the first phase of the chunnin exam, then fight for her honor against Neji in the final phase? Why have Hinata cut down in front of Naruto if it's meaningless. Why would he go 6-tails for Hinata and not Pa-frog, Kakashi, or even Sasuke if she's as meaningless as you claim.

Typically authors use someone like Ino to be the love rival (and Kishi does for 1 love triangle). They're present but pretty much useless and non-interfering. Kishi uses both Hinata and Sakura to accent different things about Naruto and he does a so-so job doing it. But just because Sakura is on the same team doesn't put her in the lead, not by a long shot. Sakura feelings for Sasuke and genuine and plot driven. I don't see her being a shrew and in love with 2 guys at the same time. So unless something major happens NaruHIna is going to the only contender in this 1 team race.

Last Chapter of Naruto. Title: Hinata's retarded love for Naruto:

Hinata: N-n-nn-naruto kun! How are you?
Naruto: *finger in his ear* I'm fine , how are you?
Hinata: *thinks "OMG! He talked to me! ARGHHHH! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH! AFTER 650 CHAPTERS WE HAVE CHEMISTRY!" * Er--r I'm fine.
Naruto: *looking at her weirdly* Well that's good.
Hinata: *thinks "OMG! He said "that's good" * Oh..Naruto-kun *falls on the ground and unconcious*

Wow, this is love man. LOVE!

It doesn't take much effort to develop feelings of love, or feelings of interest for that matter, in a manga like Naruto.
