hmm this thursday you say? perhaps we should all try in vain to discuss the legend himself!

or pursue lotsa translators to help me get cho-kochikame done (or at least some of the tribute pages) in time for it :P

also on the note of shameless plugging: part two of my bigass ultimate votes hath begun, check my sig's second link

So...what do you mean by "old"? Just anything that's ended? Cause then we got anything that lasted from '68 to...well, anything that just ended like Bari Haken. (still voting but still...)

Well I would say patience is a good deed but yeah it's taking long for some raws (don't forget eg mago, toriko, etc) to come out

Don't feel bad. English is the second hardest language in the world to learn next to chinese. Even if you've been speaking it your whole life. =P

That is actually not true but offtopic anyways >.>
    Spoiler: offtopic show

As for Kuroko no basket, the Raw is in 'the works' from what I heard. Shouldn't take to long now till it's up.

it's more that i'm not a very mentally 'there' person anymore. which is fun!

and on topic, TOC prediction time!

Toriko number 3 Bakuman number 6, Inumaru Dash number 8, sket number 9....

    yeah that'll do

That was interesting. I am not really surprised at the simpleness of the chinese grammar. I am currently studying japanese and I am astounded at how easy the grammar system is. Much simpler than spanish.

wow its pretty much tuesday and still no Toriko? At first I thought it got lost in this jumbled mess of a design, but it's really not there. We'll have Naruto spoilers before Toriko at this rate, lol

I'm having trouble finding stuff too, especially, the scan dump. That was a great idea, especially for those of us who have an interest in the entire JUMP issue, not just the star players. I can tell the new design has some advantages, but everything is haywire for me.... D:

It is the longest running comic with only one artist, being published weekly since October 1956, and the longest-running strip ever in Japan.[2] By contrast, Golgo 13 is the longest running manga to be serialized in a dedicated manga magazine with Doraemon the second longest, and Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen-mae Hashutsujo (Kochi-Kame) the third longest (Asahi Geino is not a dedicated manga magazine).
That article says that Doraemon ran for longer then Kochikame has. How is that possible? Doraemon ran from 1969 to 1996 according to Wikipedia (even though Wikipedia itself says that Fujiko Fujio broke up in 1988, which itself confuses me), which is 27 years. Kochikame started in 1976, so it's run for over 32 years. How is Doraemon longer, by any counting system.

Don't trust Wikipedia. >_< They probably pulled that information from an article that was written before Kochikame surpassed Doraemon.
