As for rikoudo IDK, guess it depends on how long kishi wants his manga to last. If he wants it to last longer (which according to somw interviews I have read is not the case) then he will introduce him. Although I wouldnt be surprised if he is related to madara lol.

Given that pein destroyed the village, the balance of powers have been altered so it is very posible that a ninja war is coming. If that is the case, I wouldnt be surprised to see other villages getting some development.
