there's lots of possibilities that are similar to a Nuri. Ten 50pt aliens would gang, bang and slam most teams if they were all business. And if the aliens strengths/weakness' are hidden well enough it would be a massacre. The cupids are probably 10pointers and the "grab the sword with their toes" aliens are less than 50 points I'd bet.

Based on the mission it looks like the aliens are a squad good at cleaning up Gantzers. Right now, Tokyo's concern is finding out what makes these things tick or possibly Inaba's intuition is correct and these Aliens are gonna cut each and everyone of them up, so another team needs to come in and save their sorry asses.

for the moment the mission looks like gantzers vs angels. indeed this is a pretty scary scenario since angels are per definition god's warriors and i really wouldn't pick up a fight with god's bodyguards
it'd be very interesting, but difficult to find out where the statues came from, since rome and especially the area around st peter's basilica is full of such statues. but if the fight would really be developping towards gantzers vs st peter's basilica statues, the hunters would have to fight tons of pope statues as enemies

Oh yeah... since it's like the budha mission, i'd like kurono be the only one to survive and this time have a 100 points and have the heartbreaking decision of what to choose :P i mean in the end it'd be Katou, but with not without some deliberation

There' no reason why the guns won't work on the aliens, is there? The only problem is, Kei and Katou dropped their guns for swords for some reason... Guess they were trying to show off.

I don't think Inaba will die. If anything, I expect Host Samurai and Kaze to die. They seem important to the storyline and the team.

but inaba on the picture he's surrounded by all the aliens looks like he's being controlled by the 3 cherubs/cupids. that's a good way to die: zombie-inaba trying to attack takeshi and kaze breaking lots of his bones and yelling "don't you dare touch him, you damn perv". but short afterwards inaba would regain consciousness and be crying like a baby while suffering a painful agony...

or manybe since theres that flying head thing(i think its flying) well it wold be kinda sick if they cut inaba's head off and that flying head thing like some tendon things or something and got itself all attached to the body through the hole and used his body

YES there is gonna be some hardcore action this issue. I can't wait for this
chapter to come. So this mission is going to be the hardest so far awesome.
A Gantz team was already slaughter by the angelic aliens. This mission
should have alot of enemies with high scores, dare I say multiple 100pts
aliens. Please let Inaba died in the most horrible a grusome way, he's
a useless s#$tstain. But there is chance Tokyo Gantz team can run into
another Gantz team. In Osaka they ran into another team, In Italy it might
be 2 or 4. Either way this chapter looks very promising.

Thanks for the spoiler pictures, and translations, it came out faster than I was expecting so thats a plus for me. Wow looks like it is going to be an excellent chapter....

Those of us who predicted the alien statues go it right it would seem. Although its early to to judge it seems like the Nuri mission with a larger scale. Plus these aliens are stronger? So I was right about the other teams having better weapons/suits, since we already told one was seen on the floor cut up.

The weird thing about the suits are it can withstand a great deal of physical damage but it can be pierced easily by a strong alien with a sharp weapon. Even if the suit is not broken or out of power as we have seen already alot of times including the previous Nuri mission as-well as what happened to Katuo during the Buddha mission. Perhaps that weakness still carries through even to the powered up Oka-type suits?

Am I the only one who thinks it looks like the chibi angels are going to take a leak on Inba?

He is surrounded by all sides and the small guys look like they have to go the bathroom. I wonder if Inba will get an acid burn and die? If that scenario would happen he would probably either get up and run or have someone save him. I'm thinking Reika will save him out of pity...

Correction, if Inaba dies right away everyone will be so busy celebrating they are ambushed and killed instantly. :P

The thing is, usually when there's a build-up, the character in peril will ultimately survive. In the last mission we had the nerd surrounded, saved by Kyou. Then we had Katou and Kaze standing face to face with Nuri, but both surviving. I think either the rest of the team will interfere or the rest of the Italian team will attack the aliens (using Inaba as a bait).

Death comes swiftly and unexpected in this manga, or it's the result of a straight-off fight. I think (sadly) Inaba will survive the next few chapters.

Yes I'm aware of the fact that some aliens can cut the suit with out making it leak. Some aliens may have a special attack or ability like the Buddha alien. It had that acid that burned Kishimoto in half who had a working suit with no leaking. Also the Buddha alien had that laser beam which also cut through Sei, who had a intact suit as-well.

I was talking specifically about the incidents were the suits are working. With no damage or leaking but, the suit getting cut in half by a sharp weapon like a sword. Just like in the link below. Where there is no (apparent) special ability just pure strength/speed/sharp weapon; in this case the blade. Which could be thought of as a weakness in my opinion. On second thought the beam weapon could be used as an example aswell because it could be classifed as being a sharp weapon.

Continue from the last link and I think you can even see Host Samuri kill some Gantzers with working suits with his sword. Meaning no special ability just vampire strength/power.

Going back to the Buddha mission, Katou was killed by the Buddha alien after it lost with its sharp pointed tail which pierced the suit as-well.

My point in bring this up was, as we saw in the previous chapter's las page and in this weeks spoiler pictures bodies of dead Gantzers who seem to have been cut in half. Even that special Oka suit from what we can see was torn/cut in half. From what we can see, a perfectly working suit has vulnerabilities from such attacks from sharpened weaponry but not limited to other special abilities as well. Even though suit gives the user the ability to withstand a lot of physical damage that would normally kill a person who is not wearing the suit. Which again seems like a weakness of the suit.....

Perhaps one of the reason why we see alot of bodies on the mission that seem to be cut in half... The suit does not seem impervious against such attacks.
