Cool cover. Nice to have a team picture once in a while. But yeah. I'm not a fan of Jinbei joining, but that strongly hints toward that direction.

Remember when Zoro cut Morgan at the beggining of the manga? He said "Leave it to me captain". He is just taking the front again while Luffy stay at the center with the arms crossed, like a boss.... XP

Zoro is in front of Luffy because he's his champion, and the physical embodiment of his power. Hence, Luffy just stands back whilst Zoro traps everyone in neverending tatsumakis

If you go on the first post of this thread, you will see that volume 52 cover is similar to this one. So being on the cover with the crew is not a proof of joining.

Well, they have similarities, but in the volume 52 cover Rayleigh is kind at another surface. Jinbei is fitting with the crew, he is in the same line.
I'm not saying Jinbei will join though. Maybe the difference at the layout is because Rayleigh was kind at the center of the plot that time...

For me that's not really a good comparison since Rayleigh is sort of separated from the group unlike the case in this cover where Jinbe really is homogenous with the Strawhats. I'm not saying this cover proves Jinbe will join, the chapters in the volume do.

I'll counter with a comparison that might at least support the Jinbe-for-next-nakama wagon with Vol. 43's cover.

Hmm... i thought it was possible Jinbei would join, but didn't gave much thought yo it. But at seeing the cover reaDar just posted, I think maybe the odds are leaving the cons and going to pros....

Is Jinbei samller than Franky now? Franky was 225 cm before the timeskip, but he seems taller now (Chopper seems taller too),Jinbei is 300cm. If Jinbei joins i'll want a badass pose of the strawhats like the one Shanks crew did when arrived Marinford.

Well during Enies Lobby, it was pretty obvious that Franky would be the next member.
I guess now it's more Jinbei or no one like in Skypiea

Shirahoshi joining the mugiwaras?No way in hell.She'll be similiar to Vivi and stay in her country.She'll be the new ruler and Jinbe will stay to help her control her powers and not join the crew.That would be the best.At least for me.

If Jimbei were to join, he'd probably be a helmsman rather than Vice-Captain. If anything Zoro would be Vice-Captain, considering he was the second to join the crew and provide good advice to Luffy in serious matters like when Ussop chose to leave but wanted to come back.
